The doors in the Prestige Range are constructed from solid English Ash using traditional joinery methods for that hand made feel, look and quality. All doors in the range are hand crafted with care by time served joiners here on site in the Midlands.
Our Framed And Boarded Doors are made from specially selected, kiln dried ash in either character or prime grade depending on the end use.
Character doors have a farmhouse feel with lovely swirly grain and a smattering of solid knots.
Prime doors have a cleaner, more contemporary feel with few knots and primarily straight grain.
The frames for the Prestige Range of doors are made from two pieces of 21mm Solid English Ash that have been laminated together for ultimate strength and stability. Internally there are 22mm boards that can be finished with either a bead and butt joint or a v tongue and groove. Examples can be seen in the accompanying images.
