They’re hand-made in our Corby workshop using good quality English or European oak - so there’s certainly no MDF or chipboard here, just chunky pieces of solid oak. The great thing about constructing a coffee table is that there’s so many different designs you can choose from, and you only need to have a look on Pinterest to get an idea for the furniture you can create, but from our experience, you really can’t go wrong with a design that’s simple and clean, because at the end of the day, you want the true character of the oak to shine through. This is exactly what we had in mind with our Sleeper and Beam Coffee Tables.

Ours are created from partially dried oak sleepers, whilst they are left untreated so that you can finish them with your favourite colour, using paint, oil, stain or wax.
