Created from kiln-dried European oak, full-length solid Oak staves are skilfully laminated, providing stability and strength to the worktop. Using a random mix of full length stave will prove to give an elegant and imposing, contemporary look and feel that a cheaper block construction can't achieve.Â
Choose from two distinct grades of European Oak- Character or Prime.
- Character grade worktops will have more imperfections such as knots and a large allowance for sapwood, but will be completely filled leaving a smooth fine.
- Prime grade worktops will contain less character features and fewer knots with a smaller allowance for sapwood for that clean contemporary look.Â
